The state has approved an award to the Poynette Library in the amount of $1,165 for eligible purchases for the FY19 TEACH Information Technology Infrastructure Grant. The public works department fixed the women's toilet and have cleared snow and ice around and on the building in a timely manner this winter. The Library was closed three days in February due to inclement weather. The Poynette Library is now offering a lucky day collection to our patrons funded by the Kemp Foundation donation. |

Lindsey Ganz attended the SCLS delivery meeting by phone and a discussion was held about delivery procedures when there is inclement weather. Routes were canceled or modified a few days in January and February due to the weather in the South Central System and in the northern Wisconsin routes. Delivery service priorities for the 2019 budget were discussed as well as courier standards for our materials being transported outside of our delivery service. The Library Board Meeting was rescheduled last month to February 19 due to inclement weather. |
