LIBRARY DIRECTOR'S REPORT
11-Sep-18

LIRARY NEWS
Will from SCLS installed a new switch and router for the Poynette Area Public Library since we were due for new equipment. The installation went smoothly and was done before hours so service to our patrons was not interrupted. We offered healthy snacks on Thursday, August 23 to promote Kids Eat Right month. Carpets and some furniture were professionally cleaned over the Labor Day holiday. Martin Shanks is sending a letter to the Columbia County Finance Committee to convey the importance of our library to the community and to support our request of a 2% increase in funding over last year.
