Mardi Gras is right around the corner, and everyone in New Orleans was full of joy. Well, all except for Detective Caleb Rooney, who has been accused of murder in the line of duty.  While fighting with the charges and resigning as a detective, he makes some extraordinary discoveries. His city is under attack, and the would-be terrorists could be local. Not soon after this threat is discovered, the feds are called in to help. While running a very popular food truck with his ex-wife Marlene, Caleb uses his resources and skills to try and find out what is going on. He follows a terrifying trail of clues, running all throughout the city and district. He has no idea what he will face. In his journey, he finds out many things he never thought were possible and learns the darkest secrets of some of the biggest names in town.
