The Son of Neptune by Rick Riordan is the second book in the Heroes of Olympus series. In this book, Percy, Hazel, and Frank have to finish a dangerous quest. Percy has amnesia and the only thing he remembers is the name, “Annabeth”. Throughout the book, Percy, Hazel, and Frank grow close and reveal secrets about themselves. This book can be for girls or boys, and a good age is middle school and higher. The book is not complex, but it is long. This is also the second book in the series and there is a previous book series that this is a spin off of. You should read the first series and the first book to know the characters. You would like this book if you enjoy Greek or Roman mythology or if you enjoy humorous and adventurous books.
